App crashes
App was unusable for me. It crashed when starting and then crashed while downloading the city specific data. I was not able to use it at all.

Also experiencing crash every time I select a city. Very dissatisfied. Shame on developers
Does not work at all
App crashes every time a city is selected. It never loads the data. It is useless. This was reported in other reviews and has not been updated as of June 30, 2024
Crashes on iPhone SE 2nd Gen
I'm guessing they're doing something stupid like downloading everything to RAM because it crashes on the download of map assetsfir Sevilla, 100% of the time. Can't be used.

Every time I select a city, the app crashes.

The app crashes every time my wife or I pick a city. Seems like this has been a problem for awhile. I won’t pick this tour company again.

Have not been able to use this app. Crashes after I choose the city.
Horrible!
As others said, this simply does not work. If you aren’t on WiFi, it gives an error message that you need internet. Using a VPN will get you past this and start downloading the city, but as others said, it doesn’t matter… The app just crashes before doing anything.
