曰雪应用程序的最终用户许可协议（EULA）
在使用曰雪的应用及/或客户应用程序前，你应当仔细阅读以下条款及条件。
你安装、下载和复制一个曰雪客户应用程序的过程，或者以其它方式使用曰雪服务的过程，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意接受这些条款及条件。如果你不同意这些条款及条件，你就不应该使用该客户应用程序或曰雪服务。
包含或暗含的权利。
1、账号信息
作为使用曰雪客户应用程序或应用的条件，你同意：(a) 提供应用注册/登录表中可能提示要求的最新的、准确的、完整的会员账号信息（“注册数据”）；(b) 保护你的密码及身份信息的安全性；(c) 保护并及时更新注册数据及你向曰雪提供的其它信息，确保这些信息是最新的、准确的、完整的；(d) 接受可能由于对信息和注册数据的未授权访问而带来的所有风险。对于保护和备份在客户应用程序及应用中使用的数据及/或设备，你负有全部责任。
2、论坛与帖子
你应对你通过客户应用程序或应用上传、发表或以其它方式传输的所有内容负全部责任。你必须随时遵守论坛的行为守则。此外，你同意不通过客户应用程序或应用上传、发表或以其它方式传输以下内容：(a) 不准确的、有害的、污秽的、色情的、毁谤的、种族主义的、宣扬暴力的、攻击性的、骚扰性的或令曰雪或应用的其他用户反感的内容；(b) 包含对个人信息的未授权透露的内容；(c) 侵犯他人知识产权的内容；(d) 包含病毒或其它旨在限制任何计算机软件、硬件或通信设备的功能的计算机代码、文件或程序。曰雪有权删除违反这些条款的内容及包含第三方商业广告的内容。
3、向曰雪提交的内容
曰雪并不对你放在应用上的内容主张所有权，也不通过客户应用程序出售，因此没有关于这些内容的任何义务。你在应用上提供或通过客户应用程序出售的任何内容都应被视为以非机密方式提供的内容。
4、许可的终止
如果你违反了这些条款及条件（由曰雪判断），曰雪可以在任何时候终止本许可。终止本许可的权利与法律赋予曰雪的其它权利及曰雪保留的权利是同等权利。在这种终止后，你必须同意立即销毁曰雪客户应用程序及所有附带文件的所有拷贝。

I bought the paid version and liked the details provided by the offline mode. Here is what I would have loved to see in the app:- 1. If I want to use this app online and want to get directions to reach a certain place from my location, I didn’t see any option and had to resort back to google maps. It is annoying to switch between apps for various requirements and I would like a one stop shop for everything. 2. Offline mode should also offer the directions to get from point A to point B. That would at least give enough guidance to a traveler in a foreign land to follow the road signs and reach their destination.

I DONT GET IT
I had offline problem during travel but it's an old problem. Datas are so affordable these days why do I have to pay for a map? Maybe I'll consider if it was 16.98cents (like itune songs) instead of $16.98. And I probably use it just once. Thank you.
