After automatic update my apps. I’ve received lots of errors like after logged is and setup the face ID. It’s not going through the Dashboard it’s redirecting again to the Log in page. that means the face id login it’s not working. when I minimised the app it’s logged out automatically. So I can’t copy the one time password from my phone text or email. So I can’t transfer the balance after updating the apps. It should solve ASAP. other wise it will hampers lots of transactions.

Home address can be changed through mobile apps of all banks, but home address cannot be changed through City Bank apps. For this, you have to go to the bank to get this service, which wastes a lot of time. So let's start Home address change service with this apps.

This Apps Runs smoothly on my another iPhone 11 which is v16+ But is not opening in my iPhone 6 which run v12+. I have 2 Citybank account and I have to manage them both but we can only log in one account from one device. They cant even Tag my both Account and suggested me to use Web Version for one account.

USD transection not showing in app. USD due couldn't be calculated in BDT to pay. Mostly this service in telephonic.
Going downhill
The app was previously great and has started going downhill lately.
I have a general banking account and an Islamic account. Apparently I have to use separate city touch accounts for both. And every time I want to login to the other account, I have to do the weird dance of setting a new pin.
The web version isn’t great either, they have disabled input from password manager and copy pasting. So, I am forced to keep my password visible in my password manager and input manually. Which is cumbersome and unsecured.
City Touch was the reason I became a customer of City Bank, and it is probably going to be the reason I’ll leave.
