Bad Service

The worst service in Bangladesh is Dutch Bangla Bank. Their NexusPlay software is not user friendly.

never have to go to the bank again

This app allows users to do all the transactions online, so we do not have to go to the bank. we can manage our balance and send money anywhere we want with no fee or a very small fee. This is the best app.

b4 i can access my app outside off Bangladesh ,but recently i saw It's showing error. has it been closed?

Can't Activate my account at this software

I've tried many time to activate my account at this app. Every time I failed with the error message"EKYC failed" I've talk to them many time, they suggested several instructions but following instructions also doesn't work. It all about wast of my time and worthless software. In this age they can't provide us proper online transactions. I'm totally dissatisfied with this software

Total rabbis app Install kore account kulte matha kharap hoye jabe

No Credit card USD payment

No option to pay USD part of your credit card. You have to go to bank to bank to male payment of USD part. Seriously!??! Are you living in primitive era!??? Fix this issue ASAP!!!!

Avoid it

You are better off without it. The app requires you to register again with NID! I’m uninstalling the app and switching my account to another bank.
