2024 - still paying for no meaningful updates. The AI suggestions are completely useless. You should instead put some effort in allowing users to reorganise capsules in a different order as well as updating the database. 2022/20223- I found the app very useful at first but the developers don’t seem to be interested in keeping customers happy any longer as long as they get their money. The app works fine until you start to increase the number of clothing you own. There is no way of re-ordering items alphabetically or by season, and any attempt at providing feedback to customer service is met with unfriendliness and entitlement as clearly “you are not using the app as we designed it to be used”. The point of an app is to adapt following users’ feedback. There have been no interface updates in over a year and clearly the developers are not interested in listening to their customers: every review complains about the same issues but these are met with scorn or silence. I will be looking at moving onto a different app where I don’t get told I am basically not intelligent enough to understand how I am meant to follow instructions and I cannot possibly be wanting to make the app actually work for my needs.
The AI straight up lies. I can do everything more easily for free on Whering, so have cancelled my subscription. The developers don't seem to have much background in fashion.
Loved the AI feature but now it requires a subscription that you can’t actually purchase? Very strange
I love this app but the fact you can only select one template in the free version makes it hard to stay on it, even if you could select up to 3 different templates it would probably keep people on it for longer
Used to be free and then charged a small fee. But the price now does not reflect what the app is. Evidently paying to see pictures of what’s in your own wardrobe. It’s always a shame when developers get too greedy. Plenty of other similar apps available so no losses.
Some of the old functionality has been removed and the new look not as easy to use. Day of the week in the date would be helpful for looking back! Also, please can others wardrobe’s be added back into the app? Using a separate app for the community defeats the purpose!
The most recent big update has rendered this app significantly less useful than previously. The interface is much less intuitive, it no longer easily identifies items I’ve not worn for ages and just generally is harder to use. I’d much prefer to revert to the previous version.
It’s easy to import clothes but the update took away the best features and made the app pretty useless! Outfit recommendations don’t always seem to factor in the weather or what I wore the day before.
The newest update on 12 May 2021 brought back a lot of old functionality that was removed earlier in the year. Hooray! You can once again view your wardrobe at a glance (instead of that terrible left to right swipe), and you can once again see the names of your clothing (I can't tell the difference between black and navy from the pictures so I put it in the name). I love this app for showing me my wardrobe in a whole new way. You definitely wear more of your clothes once you use the app. It also tells you the percentage of your wardrobe you're wearing. One thing the old version did was show you the top items you wear. They got rid of that (why???) and now just show you the top categories you wear (i.e. if you wear t-shirts the most or blouses). I'm not sure that's helpful. I don't know of people saying, "I should increase/decrease this category in my closet". It was more helpful to see an item I never wore which I got rid of, or something I wore a lot which gave me the push to ensure I invest in those pieces going forward. I'm sticking with it. I love seeing my wardrobe in this way and learning what I wear and how to trim back.
