I’m enjoying this program
Even when I am too busy and distracted it comes through with reminders and insists on practice and task lists to stay on track!
Like all things ADHD related I’m enjoying the initial dopaminergic surge. Hopefully this lasts (we know it won’t) haha
This app has some helpful tips and turns tasks into a game… but I can’t follow the reasoning behind the ‘journeys’ and it’s not intuitive to navigate around the app. Especially when there are unhelpful links and ads to other related apps on the main user page designed to take you out of the app and buy their other products. I don’t want to see those in an app I’ve paid a lot of money for - especially if I tried them already! This app is just not user friendly for ADHD organisation, it’s more of an education tool. I repeat tasks and work projects daily, weekly or monthly but there’s no way to plan a whole day, week, month and then focus on individual tasks. And no calendar. Everything in the rest of my life syncs to google calendar so I can visually organise my day/week/month and it’s odd that an ADHD app makes me manually add tasks each day. I recommend you do a trial but don’t pay a subscription unless this app is really helping you.
I have been using this little app to help me with the tasks I need to do but felt overwhelmed because I had never been made aware of how to break my to-do list into easier steps. I feel proud of myself for completing some of my tasks
I would like someone to contact me about unsubscribing and refunding my money after a free trial. There is nowhere in the App Store to cancel like other apps and the app account section doesn’t have the option either. I’ve been ripped off
I find all the apps put out by this company so very helpful in whatever I am trying to accomplish. At the moment I'm finding Clarify ( I hope I've got the name right) the app I'm using the most. For me it is just about taking small steps in my life after what has been one of my worst years ever! You are encouraged every step of the way and congratulated for each small move in a positive direction so it makes you want to keep going, to keep working towards your aim, no matter how small. I love it and would recommend you give it a try ... if it's not for you then you've lost nothing but if it does help you on your way as it has done for me then that's gotta be a good thing!
I find this to be overwhelming and takes up a lot of my time just being on the app
Interesting
App is terrible to use. I got it to relieve stress and now I am more stressed out
