How do I cancel my subscription? I checked the settings and the second page but can’t find anything for it.

Not at all intuitive , very hard to use and set up

I wanted to better secure my iPhone and unfortunately chose to try Clario. I should have realised when I had to get help from the chat line to even pay the subscription that this was going to be a nightmare. Subscription offered st 10% off or similar but wanted to bill me the full price. Contact help chat to check and told sorry that offer has expired and will be removed next update???? OoooooKkkkkkk. Not a good start but I pressed on and paid up. Setting up is a painful process on a phone and apears to be designed to get you to provide all the personal info you are trying to protect in various surveys which pop up , something else I was hoping this app would protect me from. Phone died so reloaded Clario onto new phone, cant log in, reset password, still cant get in. Resort to hell chat for second time in 4 days. Help line says what avcount then disappears for few minutes and cimes back with generic insttuctions on how to log in. Ni nention of any action taken by them so I respond that I have tried that. No response. So I eventually give up on an explanation and close the chat and try again. They myst have resetit or something as this time it worked. Why couldn't you just tell me that????? Log in finally and go through the whole painful set up and answer surveys which pop up and you cant get passed process. Then remember that this so called protection is worss than the problem and give up and delete the app. What a complete waste of time and money. Look elsewhere for user friendly protection from a professional provider.

Do not bother

I tried to do a free 7 day trial which turns out to be a lie and I was charged 50.99 on the same day have been trying to get a refund but they won’t allow it I don’t even have the app on my phone or any other device for that matter I deleted it on the same day I installed when I realised they were going to try charge me immediately but unfortunately they got to my account before I could do anything. Effectively stealing 50.99 from me. I do not recommend this app and advise everyone to be mindful that the 7 days free is a complete lie. Be warned.

Fraud

Only picked 1 star as I had to. I downloaded this app yesterday and my bank accounts, PayPal account and other accounts were hacked within a couple of hours. Thanks very much. I now have to wait for a new card to arrive, and cannot pay any PayPal payments that are due. I have 3 children that, thanks to my accounts freezes, I cannot buy food for this week. 😡

subscription cancelled but keeps taking my money

I cancelled my subscription during the free trial last year and i keep getting charged a monthly subscription fee - not happy
