Lying insulting customer service
During the recent streak event, I paid gem currency to continue, but as a th14 stuck in Legend league, the game forced me to fail by only giving me th16 opponents multiple days and I was cheated out of all event rewards. Filing a complaint with customer service, I was told that they agreed my report was legit and would even affect how future events were designed, but multiple customer service reps refused to offer any compensation, of either gems or event rewards. They lied to me, telling me that I’d “lost nothing”. They said that I’d “invested” the gems and similar insulting platitudes, and ended exchanges without considering attempting to offer remedy.
If you try to deal with their customer service be prepared to spend days being lied to, insulted, and not helped.

Bought scenery and 3 out of 4 hero skins. Checked every day for royal champion and it was never offered through purchasing or events. Big disappointment.

Clash of Clans
I was almost to level 60, then all of a sudden it popped up saying account deletion warning, I’ve tried getting In touch with supercell. They saying I have to reset my phone. Please help me with this matter, I don’t want to lose my account, the only thing is, I have one on supercell id. My main one is the one I play that is not on supercell id. I hope you all can fix this problem.
