CLASS101: Learn Online

Honestly, im a bit disappointed. The majority of the classes that I was excited to take don’t have English translations. The auto translations are very bad and make it practically impossible to follow a course. There are definitely some good courses in English, but I also found a lot of courses that were poorly made. The best courses for what I’m trying to study (digital art) are the ones in Japanese- and I can’t watch any of them because the captions are translated to English gibberish. Class101 should hire translators for their courses if they are going to charge $200+ a year for a subscription.

You took away the one useful feature. I need to watch 1 class. Not going to pay 200 dollars a year!

I’ve read some reviews from a few years ago where Class101 has updated reviewers of an English translation, however I have yet to access that option. I would try changing the language in settings, however everything is in Korean (I can’t read Korean) so it doesn’t work. It would help if I got instructions or a pop up with language options…

Can’t purchase a yearly subscription for reason. Why’s there no option for monthly or pay for the class we directly want

Not sure where the monthly in app options are for $19 but I certainly would not pay $150 in app for something without even a 3-7 day trial. Perhaps I can do this on the website and if so what is the point of this app? Deleting and trying other learning platforms.

I’ve never written a review for an app before, but I’m absolutely in love with Class101, its app, and the services it provides. The subscription price for the amount of content you can access is amazing - as someone who is interested in many classes offered, this is a perfect fit for me. I am able to support some of my favorite creators while learning how to hone my skills in hobbies I already have - and make some new ones along the way! Another thing I should mention is how kind and hardworking the customer support services are. I had trouble only once or twice but the issues were resolved with compensation in a matter of hours. If you are thinking of getting this app, I can’t recommend it enough. And if you’re like me, wanting to take a hundred classes at once lol, I can’t recommend the yearly subscription enough, either! Thank you for the wonderful services provided. 💜

The app and website constantly redirect you to their annual subscription when you attempt to look at the subscriptions. That’s asking for a lot for individuals who have never been able to use Class101 or cannot afford a yearly subscription. There is not even a free trial. It’s a big commitment if you can’t even search all the classes offered. I attempted to reach out to Customer Service but no reply yet.

Is there an option for just one month subscription? I can’t spend $160+ for a year. I’d love to use this app.
