Love this app! Helps me calm down and unwind and drift off to sleep. Weight loss sessions are amazing! Highly recommend! If you’re skeptical, I understand, but you really have nothing to lose. It is so worth it.
I initially came across an ad for one of the “packages” on instagram and did a little digging that led to the app which seems like a hands down better value (I did the trial, and initially planned on canceling but decided it the sessions were surprisingly effective). I really like the sessions and even the guided meditations (and I’m someone who has tried guided meditations before but these do seem much more effective IMO). So overall so far I’m getting good results. I have some reservations though… 1. If you access a package through the app subscription it will give you a link to the pdf instructions which gives a helpful schedule to follow and some general tips to get the most out of each session but this information could be more detailed. For example it will say “try not to do more than 2 sessions a day” - why? Does doing too many in a day cause the brain to become less susceptible? If so is it best to try to space out sessions more? It does make a distinction between hypnosis and guided meditation tracks, but mainly my question is why isn’t the general information somewhere on the app? And specifically the “2 a day limit” could be fleshed out a bit. 2. The instructions (which again I can’t stress enough that I think they should be easier to view on the app) acknowledge that you might fall asleep during a session. This has happened to me a few times. I don’t mind it, but I would like to know if it means the session is more/less/equally effective? Should I redo that session? 3. I would love to see information on the therapists - who are they and what are their qualifications or even just how long have they been practicing?
Nice but need more voices
Very helpful guided mediations that go much deeper than others.
Love it, but wish I could play tracks one after the other, I r that they were longer.
