ClearScore Credit Score Check Reviews
Was great until new update
What is this new UI??? Why did y’all fix something that wasn’t broken. The new UI is confusing and just straight up ugly. Please bring back the old UI. I liked being able to see all of my credit accounts with the balance owing and now I’m being forced to fed q bunch of random articles that I don’t want to read. Debating deleting the app tbh
Used to be good
The app used to be great but they released an update a month or two ago and completely changed everything and now it’s essentially useless. Clicking on things in credit reports does nothing, no indication on when the report is going to update, upcoming items no longer works properly. Don’t waste your time, just download Credit Karma instead.
Credit app
Older version was a lot better then the new updated one.
New Interface missing important Dates
Where did the weekly credit score updates go? The new version totally gets rid of this feature and just provides what any bank app can offer.
It used to be great, until the rebrand update
UI *used to be* very intuitive and easy to navigate. Unfortunately, they rebranded the app to make everything “bubbly,” which made the app extremely difficult to navigate and complicated to find anything. Basic functionality features are now hidden behind multiple steps when before it was very straightforward. It feels like a step back.
Used to be 5 stars, now it’s a 2-star app. Disappointed.
Bad update
It was perfect before this new update now it’s just congested with a lot of useless features. :( SAD
Made my day!
Easy to use! Was hesitant to download the app but i’m glad I did! Now I feel at peace with my decision and my credit :)!! Thankful for this app!
Easy to Use
Very helpful with keeping track of your credit score. Weekly updates and suggestions makes things so much easier.
Update 5.4.1 sucks.
Use to be a good app. Simple and fast. Now it’s like they’re trying to be too much when their not. Too much intricate buttons and the simplicity is gone. You have to click through multiple sections just to see what was all displayed on one place before. Going to have to move on and delete this app now and just stick with the others.
Inaccurate
While ClearScore is easy to use, I’ve found that the credit score it shows doesn’t match what lenders see, which can be frustrating. It sometimes reflects outdated information or differs significantly from other credit reports. The app has good features, like tracking your financial health and providing insights, but its accuracy on scores needs improvement. If you’re looking for a general overview, it’s helpful—but be cautious if you’re relying on it for an accurate score for loan applications.
