I got robbed and now I can’t access my gmail account. I want to use my new email for my clearscore account
Good Day I have been using this app for years now and the latest update actually through everything off. It is difficult to navigate, I cant see where it says new report due in x amount of days. It is difficult to see progress on previous month and new month or upcoming changes. The old layout was better.
The UX overhaul is good but it takes some getting used to. But there was no need to make things complicated and rearrange the whole thing, everything is now messed up and worst of all I have to guess when the next report update is coming. Please bring the days till next update back and clean up the monthly reports so it’s user friendly. Listen to your consumers
It’s free and that’s absolutely crazy. Most lenders use this product and it has really helped me stay on track.
I really dislike the new version.
This new update is a UX regression. Now, I am aware this may seem like a simple case of resisting change, but I assure you it is not. With the new update, one has to navigate to a different page in order to see the previous months’ report updates. This is a pain point. On the new “report updates” page, one has to scroll vertically to see the previous months’ reports, instead of being able to just click on a specific month to see updates for that month. Also, on the same page, it appears updates for previous months have disappeared and only updates for the latest month are shown; for the other months, it is just the credit score even thought these months had updates shown on the previous version of the app. Rounding off, it is my understanding that these updates shown on this page are general report items and not activity related to that month. This is far less informative/helpful than being able to see activity from a specific month. I cannot seem to find a page where I can see activity such as, but not limited to: new account added, account updated credit limit, new enquiries for a specific month like it was previously possible. These are not all the issues, only the most pressing ones that heavily affect the user experience. Please reconsider.

Worst system I have ever come across. I signed up and immediately received a message says contact support with signing in issue. I can’t sign in and I don’t even receive the emails they say they send.
