Be careful. Obviously malicious it accessed my settings options for bluetooth range. Or close out option on phone. And didnt let me leave that option even on locked screen. Not would it allow me to close out of either option. While attenpting to access base phone i formation or more.

My apartment complex added this much to annoyance of everyone. The app is garbage. You can’t add funds through the app, it takes you to your browser, where you have to do everything manually. On top of that, you have to enable Bluetooth and location for the app to work. Garbage.

As other reviews have said, for hotels at least, you have to add a minimum balance likely greater than you’ll need to spend. Additionally, if you’re eligible for reimbursement from your company, it’s quite cumbersome navigating to the expenses page. Currently, I’m no where near a machine and it won’t stop trying to connect. There is no option to view my account while the app is attempting to find a machine. Waste of time and money.

1.75 for washing and drying and it only goes up Rip off company, it will be nice when a competitor shows up and puts you out of business for running a scam. My local laundry shop is 75 cents a lid and includes free detergent. Horrible company horrible prices, great way to piss off your residents.

$10 Minimum fee so you better need to do at least 2 loads and the app is annoying, requires a ton of permissions, and doesnt take apple pay

This app required me to accept all permissions including precise location just to open. Then it directed me to a separate website to enter my card info. Absolutely not, lol. I just need to do $5 of laundry in a hotel and I’m not giving this app I’ve never heard of all of this info just to wash some underwear. There’s no reason for this service to even exist other than to be a middle man and steal money. Don’t give this app your card info. Almost all of the five star reviews sound like they were written by employees- not a single person would ever write reviews that sound like a commercial for a coin laundry app.

My credit card number got stolen any time I added funds from a credit card. Couldn’t get funds back when I moved. Top that off with awful customer service.

I didn’t consent to store my credit card attached to my phone number but this website automatically did it. There’s no login as long as someone knows my phone number I guess they can charge my card. Great! Also I know my last usage I loaded an even number and I should have had $2.00 left. Tell me why I opened up the app today and I have $0.50. This isn’t even possible the machines at my apartment are $2 per wash $2 per dry. Because I haven’t used it in a month it’s just trickling money away from me thinking I won’t notice.

Every few washes clear token will just steal your money and not put it into the machine, while still subtracting from your balance. Adds up if you use it long enough.

I'd give this company -1 star if I could. Please, whatever you do, do not use this company for your business. The system fails often, takes customers money, and the customer service is terrible - good luck getting any help!
