Too slow in responding to urgent needs of clients especially now that the pandemic makes it hard for every travellers as anytime the flight will be canceled and the sad part is, the airlines are taking only the money but never giving what is due to the customers. It feels like the airlines are robbing from the people and it isn’t at all right. They will issue travel credit instead of refund in which they are aware that the people needs their money now and it shouldn’t be used by airline now and give the flight later. They are desperate enough to do such drastic moves like this. This is so disappointing.
I have always booked my trips directly from the airline and this is my first time to book under agency. I do not highly recommend this as it never gives me update regarding our compromised flights. I do understand the volume of customers that they might have encountered during this crisis, but a single information or a proof that we will still be able to use our ticket in the future would be highly appreciated. So many months have passed, and we are still not having any information to what or where our hard-earned airfare will go.
all the cancelled ticket by the airlines must intertain not just forward in amend group but no one assisting to you they will said only after two hours they will call but after 10days nobody calling and then they will sent email that they are trying to call me,amazing.So many times i called but the same thing they are doing🤬😡🤬😡
your travel agency has the worst customer service!, its hard to talk on your customer service and i dont know if your employee know what really customer needs, and if they knew what they doing, they will send an email then you if you will reply, they send a different email or answer, its not worth it to book on this cleartrip app!
trying to use their customer support and email for the Nth time but always error and also if you book through this app you cannot select preferred seats. they should work on this issue
I booked using my voucher and the discount was applied on my total bill. But upon payment, my credit card was charged the full amount. I called immediately to explain what happened and was promised to get a call back. The next day, I called and explain again and they promised to call me back in an hour. An hour has passed and I called again until my load balance went empty for waiting on their line. They called me and told me there's nothing they can do anymore because the purchase has already been made and I should just use my voucher next time. We only booked the hotel because we had a voucher! We had no plans to book if not for that. When they called, it's already too late to cancel because it was our scheduled check-in time already. If they responded earlier, we could have done something. They are not flexible to customers' requests even if I had a valid code.

The app is so easy to used!! Very friendly app.. What made me decide not to give 4 or 5 stars is the service of the agents.. Today i want to rebook a ticket but for God sake they keep on telling me just to wait and someone will call me back!! 1st call they said wait for 2 hrs. 2nd call, said I wait for 1 hr and assured someone will call.. 3rd call said wait for half an hour but still not calling?!! Poor customer services!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I can’t rebook to the airline website because only cleartrip can!!
