This is meant to be a security camera app. But it now makes you watch up to 5 mins of adds before you can actually see your cameras. How on earth do you think this is a good idea. The burglar would be long gone by the time you get access to your cameras. Will be deleting this app there are better ones out there.
Can’t access the app after the latest update and they’ve front loaded it with ads. What numpty decided that was a good idea. Unbelievable stupidity. Deleting the app and buying new cameras that are not Clever Dog I recommend the TP Tapo C201 which I’ve just bought to replace all my cover dog ones. They’ve much better functionality and you don’t have to sit through ad after ad after ad to view your camera.
This app gets worse all the time. This latest update has now made having Cleverdog a waste. Now after the recent update you can’t access the live camera straight away to see who’s at your door. They’ve now added Ads to the app, take forever to view the camera, totally USELESS!!!
This company takes money from your account and provides no service.. there are no contact details and no way to contact anyone…

I got this camera to watch our dogs and it keeps sending me blank messages, ie.. I can see the room but no dog in the shot, I have it positioned at the back foot as we are trying see if they are looking to go out at night.. if I walk thru the camera path and the dogs follow me, it will pick that up but never for the dogs alone.. not a happy customer
I got a few of these cameras for looking in on my dogs when I am away from the house. They work very well and I can also see the dogs when I am out of the Country. The cameras also work well at night. Great buy.
