I’ve used this camera and app for years now, it was a great child/pet camera, but now the app has ads all over it, can’t watch the videos anymore without paying… so first chance I get I’m replacing the camera… looks like greed got the best of them… :(
This app used to be good and used to work really well until they started all these ads on there that get in the way. Very frustrating.
There are much better cameras out there than these. I used to could play back videos, but now I can only see the photos it takes. Videos playback never works anymore. Then… today when I pulled up the app, they have added ads to the app. Now, you have to see an add before you can look at your cameras. They are making money off there app on cameras that I purchased from them. I would definitely not recommend these cameras. I’ll be getting a different brand now.
I didn’t have a SD card, so I purchased the cloud storage for 30 days. It does NOT detect movement unless there is an SD card in the camera. Tried multiple times, through the help, feedback, chat and even tried calling the phone number +86-400-716-3232; All with no luck. So.. my suggestion is don’t waste your money or time with this company.
I wish I could find directions on how things work. And it says it will hook up to Alexa but I don’t understand how.

I’ve had these cameras (3) for the past 5 years working perfectly but with latest update they stopped saving image captions on movement detection. This is to push you to buy Cloud storage. The talk/ mic function now doesn’t work properly. This update was to push me to move to another brand of cameras...see ya
Works well for the price! Sometimes you have to troubleshoot the internet connection after a system update! I recommend following the system updates if troubles occur and to reset the camera or reinstall the APP! Also, APP provides microphone and voice communication is still possible!
DO NOT BUY!!! Extremely unsafe!!!! We had some stranger talking our daughter through the camera! App is unsafe and provides zero security!!!! DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY!!!!
