I truly hate this app. It’s gives me anxiety entering and exiting my complex because the app doesn’t work or connect half the time. You have to have data just to access your own home!! Ridiculous. This company should not be offering their incomplete solutions to the market.

Have to restart the app on every usage. Why can’t I just open the instance of the app and open my book gate. If verification is key, it can verify before every open but not have to re initialise the app all the time Need to fix the re initialising problem on every open

The app requires authentication everytime we need to use it, and takes long to log in, while queue of cars behind get impatient. There must be a better way!

This app is the only app that I have dealt with that’s so unstable. Not a great experience this far.

This app needs to issue access codes and not crash. Sort this out. Good grief. 😡😡😡😡

Im not sure how complexes are using this…it works then one day when you really need it it stops…no one is able to help while you’re locked out. Reset function is a dud, help button is like asking the government to provide a civil service!!

This app is a total ripoff. I mean it defies its purpose all the time. Such a pity that even with so many negative reviews, nothing is done to improve it

Horrible App. Takes forever to open and respond. Not what you want when trying exit or enter.
