Checkers is better

You need to change your developers for your App PnP is lagging Checkers and Woolies! I get an email from PnP that I have new Vouchers for Smart Shopper. I login and there are no vouchers?! PnP you seriously have problems, it is one way to lose customers considering you are also 25% more expensive on most groceries now compared to Checkers and Woolies

WORST APP EVER

This has to be the worst app I’ve ever tried to use. And what’s up with having to have registered with Smart Shopper to use it ?! I’m never going to use your Smart Shopper thing, it’s just an excuse to get all your personal details and shopping details to use for marketing and selling data to partners. Nope.

Don’t even try to use it

This has to be one of the worst online shopping sites I have ever encountered. They obviously don’t want you to find what you’re looking for. Try searching for Corned Beef and you’re lucky to get dog food. It’s absurd. Where does your it department smoke their weed.

Can no longer buy airtime from the app

So this app used to be so great but not anymore. Used to be able to buy airtime with it but for over two months that function always says unavailable. I’ve sent support an email and. No reply. What’s the use of the app?

Wow...this app alone is enough to just shop at Woolworths

Doesn’t work

Useless App

I have asked Apple to have this app removed from the Appstore. Most useless app. Pick n Pay have the most useless developers one can find. Whenever I try to login there's always an error message asking me to call the Pick n Pay customer service contact number 😡

Terrible

Plain and simple it just doesn't work

Still need physical card

I have been a fan of this app, but now Pick and Pay have decided that you need the physical card to get your points, so what is the point of having an app when you still need the card with you. Because they cannot control their internal fraud the client has to suffer. The app is good but the processes flawed

Seriously?

I don't have a smart shopper number and therefore can't log in. How is that smart of Pick n Pay?
