Getting less reliable
This app has definitely got less robust and reliable in recent releases. Tasks don't update, refresh takes time, weird permission issue at times. Am thinking of moving away from this service.

iPhone App Login Issue
Most apps have a simple method to either sign up or sign in, if you already have an account. The iOS app will only let me ‘sign up’, there are no alternative ‘sign in’ options. This is possible on the iPad app, however not obvious, but I simply cannot locate this option with the iPhone app. If I try entering my password in the ‘sign up’ option it states that this is a ‘duplicate password’, obviously, as there is already an account. Usually an app would prompt at this stage also, to ‘sign into existing account’ when it recognises the email. A real shame, as the app looks like it would be great for my needs.
My app is not loading anything,
I can see any of the tasks, assignment, project.
Over promised, over hyped, over rated
Nothing works well. The rollouts are absurd. Constant outages. Constant mistakes in deployment of code. Horrible senior leadership. 3.0 seems to be vapourware. Nothing they say will happen, happens. And if you use this for business, lookout. Avoid avoid avoid.
Love click up but the app has bugs and lags
I love click up but the app has bugs for example it wont fully load a document and always has three purple dots as if it’s loading. Tried deleting and reloading and trying on several apps. Very annoying as this is one of the main features that i love using. Dear click up please sort this as what you do helps make everyone more efficient and yet i seem to spend more time moving between click up nad notes because of the bugs. Thank you
Pestering emails
Beware the endless emails! Unsubscribed multiple times but they keep being sent. Deleted the app but the emails still being sent. Not worth the hassle
App won’t just let me log in
I’m so fed up of this. Every time I try to log in on my phone it makes me create a whole new profile which is just absolutely ridiculous. There’s no log in part.
I give up…
I’ve tried and tried with this app, but the calendar error on my Mac (error-1) is the last straw. And that’s been the thing most common; the calendar simply doesn’t sync or update as it should, notwithstanding the fact that entries simply will not show unless they assigned… to me! The one person who doesn’t need to have anything assigned to him cannot view entries unless this action is fulfilled. How about fixing the calendar sync issue??! There’s a project. Not being able to merge spaces is another nonsense because as the creator of these spaces who might wish to delegate processes, I have to waste time switching between them which is not conducive to workflow. As someone who doesn’t do these kinds of things on a daily basis, the learning curve is prohibitively convoluted and that’s coming from someone currently doing an audio postgrad and wanting to have a tool that can enhance what is already a complex endeavour. Clickup just didn’t do it.
Doesn’t work
Tried 2 email addresses, code either never arrives to one or code does not work for the other, causing an endless loop online or in the App :-(
Am I missing something?
I don't understand the good reviews... I really wanted to like this app but it looks nothing like the pictures and it's so counter-intuitive that I can't even get started 😕 how do you make the app work as shown by the pictures? A tutorial of some kind might help?
