Very good program with lots of innovation but a terrible app. Almost nothing works as it should and the functions are extremely limited compared to the desktop version. The constant announcements about new functions don't help either - it's mostly just make-up but doesn't get to the heart of the problem. APP is more or less a "look at me how beautiful I am but please don't touch me" version. In future, please have fewer AI or pseude AI updates, but let someone approach the APP who actually uses it and confirms the real shortcomings. I'm sure the users will be happy to help. Otherwise, you are actually doing a good job.

I really enjoy using ClickUp for my team, but there are some points that might be improved in the mobile app like the fact that you can’t change the status of the subtasks directly from the parent task. It is also not possible to fill a custome location field from the app directly, which is really inconvenient as the workaround is to go on your PC.

Thanks to the team for being so close of ClickUp users and do everything possible to facilitate our lives and improve the experience. 💜💙

This app is actually pretty good, not as bad as the other comments seem to say. However: there is no option to change notification settings which is why I installed the app!! If you click "change e-mail settings" on your mobile in one of the hundred emails you start receiving (awful), ClickUp pushes you to install this app… so that was a disappointment. Also please, your catch line "one day saved per week guaranteed" is ridiculous… come on, many people downloading your app are project managers who are experts at managing time. What does that even mean? After how many projects and employees? It's, I believe, just really desperate attention marketing 😅

I was working in Docs for an a hole hour on my iphone. I was in a restaurant connected to a mobile networks (the whole time) 5G. When I closed the app everything was gone F*** this app

I tried clickup but products is immature. App on the iPad is unstable. I want to erase account and personal data, but no such option. I search on Google and read you will need 4-5 back and forth with their company. They wouldn’t let you go. Another startup with fake positive reviews. 1 year later and 18 requests to erase my data, we are still here. Clickup confirm having erased …but NO. Full spam, dishonest business.

An sich ist die App nicht schlecht. Ich habemich trotzdem entschieden die App zu löschen und auf eine andere zu setzten, weil ich sinnlose Emails erhalte und dieses Gesicht auf der Email nicht mehr sehen mag. Bitte stellt diese Emails ein.

Number 1 project managent app?? Utter rubbish for me. Sending me daily emails- never asked for them. Clicked email link to change settings, opens app and no option at all to stop the emails. Needed to log in online. No app password stored so had to reset. Email for reset password…. opens the app. No option in the app. In the end deleted the app to stop the links and have no plans to reinstall. Online, had to click *multiple* notification options to off. Couldn’t find a ‘close account’ option either. Terrible, terrible user experience and I’ll not be going back to. Anyone looking for a similar product, try Ayoa. Not great, but far better than this rubbish.
