Good,but

I personally do love this program! The brushes and everything,But I do not like Monthly payments-Pleaseee make it a one time payment! That’s one of the reasons Procreate got popular,bc of One-time payments

I’ll Never Use It Again

First of all, it’s a monthly pay not a pay once and never again… ridiculous btw. They should make it pay once and never again, so stupid and not worth it. Go to Procreate or MediBang.

Great!

The best art app for iPads - has a ton of functionality, no layer limit well priced and supports easy syncing and backing up to iCloud. The alternative art apps have layer limits no easy cloud backups and less functionality

It could be better

This app is good for manga comics drawing and painting. What I really like is how easy it is to learn. This app is also really good for illustrations. One of my fav YouTuber uses this app (lavenderowne).

Makes friggin sense

Coming from photoshop, this app was so quick to learn and is so satisfyingly similar to the PC version. You literally don’t miss out on anything that you get on the PC version. Been wanting to switch completely to using my iPad only. This is the kind of app that makes that happen

Always updating, great tools, you can do anything from comic pages to full illustrations. Much better than procreate.

work for a solid hour... wasted.

it’s a good app. if you’re in a creative state of mind, it’s an excellent one. however, i can’t help but feel slightly cheated by the fact that the art i had been working on for plus-minus an hour vanished without me even closing this app. even though the ‘save’ button is there, and i should’ve made use of it — this remains a problem. i hadn’t even closed CLIP STUDIO PAINT for my illustration to disappear. and i could not even retrieve it, because it wasn’t my own design to delete it. other apps take you right back to where you started if you happened to leave. this one just takes your art. [ and the saddest thing is; it recalls the paint colors i used to create the artwork, but not the art itself. ]
