No point in downloading if you are from outside the US - use the pay machines at the station to load funds. This app will only lead you in circles. Total pain. Wastes 15 mins minimum to find out that the xenophobia of the world war 2 era continues…
So is useless for international travellers. It doesn’t have to be this hard. SMH.

This is seriously the most stupid, over complicated thing ever invented. This is just scandalous that tourists have no other choice but using this app for a single airport ride. + The app is complicated, doesn’t support international adresses. I am wondering if people behind this app have a brain!

- the app system only allows US billing address - the app does not allow me to link the physical card to the app - problems with loading cash to the card
I'm Canadian and cannot add my address when creating my account. Can't create an account... Can't buy tickets. Useless app.
I can’t load money onto my card, I can’t add a payment method, I bought a monthly Caltrain pass but the scanner denies me with “low funds”. What is going on with this app??
Can’t add funds. Only worked the first time and never again. Can’t select custom amount or anything.
Load took more than 12 hours to to show as redeemable. After tapping to redeem the load, the app still did not reflect the correct balance on the card. Activity had details when I first registered my card. After a few hours, activity (loads and rides) become empty.
