Cloud Battery

If you own both an iPhone and iPad, you’re probably aware that there’s no way add either device to the native battery widget of the other. Cloud battery solves that. The fact it connects via internet as opposed to Bluetooth allows you to track battery levels from anywhere, which is convenient. When i initially tried the app about a year ago, there were times when it didn’t seem to refresh often enough and would therefore give an inaccurate battery level. Fortunately, it seems like all the quirks have been figured out by the developers, and it now seems to work flawlessly. Great app to have on Apple Watch as well.

The app lag a lot is not really telling me the battery percentage so I had to delete it and I pay for it so it was a waste of money

I wanted to like this app and it does connect iOS devices to the cloud. Unfortunately the battery readings are highly inaccurate and do not update. I’ve tried quitting the app and restarting as well as unplugging a device from its charging cable but it did not update the current charge level on the app. Secondly, it will not add Bluetooth devices such as Apple Watch, Air Pods or the Apple Pencil - they are not recognized when connected. I will be deleting this app and searching for one that works.

For a free app, this thing is great! I do wish it had better background refresh but I suspect that has more to do with Apple APIs tied into the hardware than a programming or developer deficiency.

I have just about every Apple device there is. This app only showed the iPhone and cannot find any other devices. It was very disappointing.

it can be hard to actually set up but it lets me know the battery percentage of my pencil from my ipod while i can just walk around while it charges id recommend :3

Well thought out app!

… not showing up. No problem on iPads. I’ll change my review if/when it comes. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app multiple times but it still doesn’t show up on iPhone 15 Pro.

Can’t load all devices. Only one iPhone, iPad, pencil, & watch. I emailed them twice and no reply.

I’m still meandering through the app but it also connects to my daughters camera and let’s me know it’s full. That alone was worth the buy. Thanks
