I had to get this app for work since we are in sales. The whole app it’s not very user friendly when it comes to text I have to add every single person I want to text as a contact. And when I receive the msg I only get partial of the document or picture, I need to go to the email to get the all the documents they sent. They can improve the texting features

App always crashes when I click on a number or a chat to text in the messages.

The app is freezing after the last update when i try to scan the QR 17.5.1 IOS. Please fix the freeze/white screen issue.

Too many outdated 3rd party plugs to this company, Softphone and fax service. Why do we need to login to the portal to update the caller ID name for all users vs the update working in the desktop app… just makes monotonous data entry longer and more challenging

Can’t get it to work

We were working with a customer about a month ago and the update around that time is crashing the app. If you go to QuickDial and add anyone, once you tap SAVE, the app crashes and upon reopening, the entry did not save. PLEASE FIX!!!

I subscribe to Softphone in Ghana being operated by MTN. When I call and the recipient answers there is a time lag or delay for the recipient to hear. However when the recipient speaks I hear it instantly. This delay issue does not make conversations flow at all. I’ve reported this to MTN but they say there is nothing wrong. Any solution pls? Otherwise it’s a wonder app
