Unable to hear / awesome app

Not sure but there could be a bug for outgoing calls. At times I could hear fully but on the next call I make, I am unable to hear anything - dialing, rings, receiver of the call. Hope this could be fixed ASAP as I rely heavily on this app for daily communication. Thank you. Awesome app btw, love all the features including recording.
