Waste a lot of time
Although you have appointment already still they make you wait on walk in basis. What is the need of earlier appointments then
App is not working
Asking to submit review but on submitting it says failed n try again Unable to access app
Unable to see prescription after video consultation
Keeps asking for feedback. And on submission says “failed to submit error”. Some backend error but there’s no way to bypass the feedback which is very annoying
Billing system
Worst billing management. Cloudnine is working because of its excellent doctors. Otherwise its worst.
Doctors don’t join video calls
My wife took a video consultation paying 800rs, and it took an hour from doctor assistant to acknowledge and just say that doctor is busy and call you in WhatsApp later

OTP not being delivered
The OTP for sign in never gets sent to either mobile or email. Not sure how versions are released without basic sanity testing.
Worst worst don’t go at all
Avoid this place at all costs. For starters, there is no parking available for patients. If you schedule an in-person appointment, the follow-up is only valid for two days. They take advantage of customers by not offering online consultations for follow-ups, meaning you’re forced to return in person. It was by far the worst experience I’ve had. They seem more focused on taking advantage of people. I even asked for an emergency call, but they never got back to me. Absolutely terrible service
