After e Pandamic company trip to Chennai, stayed in Westin, the Breakfast was Fantastic n the Staffs were very considerate. Hv never experience such hospitality. A few Lovely incidents, 1. They made Mutton curry upon request for Breakie on e 2nd day. 2. Noticed me placing my Hp against e glass, one of e staff(can’t remember his name) came forward to put a stand for my Hp.. omg.. that I can nvr expect even from family 🤣🤣🤣🤣.. 3. Wifi was down, one of them came just to help me settle it in my room. Unusually Great Experience.. outstanding Thank u n must mention this name R.Ramanathan (Assistant Restaurant Manager) very caring n humble. Our one week stay was Bliss. Will recommend this place to anyone for a Memorable stay. Thank You Ricky Anpa Singapore 🇸🇬

The club marriott south asia app is very buggy, lacks responsiveness & is pretty slow. Needs lot of improvement

App doesn’t work properly. Such a big Five Star Hotel has made such APP. I am gifting voucher but same is not activating on guest mobile. No email and messages sent to guest mobile.

I was sold saying so many things but I am not even getting anything I was said that I will be your RM the person who sold me this but now within 4 months he is not available and they don’t assign any other person to you so that you can directly contact. Very pathetic experience

I had a really pathetic experience with Clubmarriot. The customer care team is absolutely dumb and don’t know anything. They just say that they shall get back and never get back. The team in India is really horrible. You don’t want to subscribe to this unless you want to increase your blood pressure.

This is the worst club membership program I have experienced. After taking membership it is very difficult to get booking using the membership vouchers. Even after making reservation requests at their restaurants more than 24 hours in advance they would not confirm the reservation you have to keep on calling their call centre who will tell u to call the property or restaurant or wait for their call which never comes. Have been facing this now almost every time. The experience as a member is clearly of being unwanted in the properties!! Was a mistake taking this membership and have had such horrible experience. Stay away unless u want to experience being unwanted guest!

BEWARE!! This guys sell you membership which is expensive & after that deny booking for the stay for which you have made upfront payment. You have to be at their mercy inspite of the money that you have paid. Dont fall for it.

Process to download and activate the membership was completed in few minutes and was able to get it done effortlessly.
