In app purchases

Please don’t go ahead for in app purchases, it just doesn’t reflect on the app. I made two purchases for 299 each and both times my money got deducted but the questions did not reflect. Very unhappy with this

Payment Issue

I’ve paid ₹299 for 5 questions but it is still showing ‘buy’. Kindly refund the ₹299 amount. My first experience is average with the app because of this payment issue.

In app purchase is broken

Kindly speak to Apple to rectify this issue

I take my words back

I had a payment error with the 2025 report but I was so kindly helped and guided. I really love the app and have recommended it to at least 5 friends who all also love it. The little “your day at a glance” notifications quite literally give me structure to base my day on. Love the app, such great work Team CoStar!

Paid for personalised reports and didn’t receive anything, no response from the mails sent to apple as well as the app support team. App and features are good but do not buy anything. In app purchases are not at all regulated.

Payments dont process

I bought credits for 10 questions twice. It processed payment succesfully through google pay, but it does not display on the app and shows no credits added. I am being cheated!!!!

it’s incompetent now since it blew up

i used to SWEAR by CoStar, it really used to figure out my entire day to a point it felt eerily accurate. It knew things about me that i hadn’t figured out myself; it used to be my lil secret for 2-3 years before it got commercial and now i feel like it’s just a money making overhyped up app, i miss the accuracy of my day to day and how it got me so in love with astrology i hope the app picks up its pace and goes back to the way it used to be

DON’T BUY THE VOID QUESTIONS

I purshased the void question twice for rs 699, 25 question. Nothing happened, it’s a scam. Please be aware

Co-star is deducting my payments for Ask the Stars but I still have 0 questions.

EDIT: DONT MAKE IN APP PURCHASES. THEY NEVER SHOW UP FOR ME. OVER THE YEAR IVE SPENT MONEY HERE AND THERE BUT THE REPORTS/QUESTIONS DONT SHOW UP AND NOW THEY WINT EVEN REFUND ME. I love co star. Over the years I’ve made over 10 people get into it and download it. Recently I tried to purchase 10 questions for 499. The amount was deducted but never showed up on the app. I wrote a complaint about it to apple services but never got a refund. Then today I tried again. This time for 25 questions for rs 699. The same thing happened again! I’m really disappointed. I just want my amount to reflect on my app so I can ask the stars and move on with my life geez.
