The interface doesn't seem to work with the touch screen
Very unreliable and the interface seems to be constantly bugging out and you cannot click things. This app needs a serious update

Since this company is completely operating remotely there’s no one who will ensure that the condition of the car you returned is acceptable to them or the designated CC parking bay is not occupied. So, it’s all customers responsibility. They operate in a way where they put customers at a very high financial risk. Imagine if you have returned your car and didn’t take pictures, and someone wrecked it, they will come after you saying you did it and it’s the same with parking and any other potential issue. If you parked in the wrong bay because the designated one is occupied, whether it’s 2am in the night, you gotta inform them. If they will get a parking ticket, there is literally no one from Co- wheels who is ensuring that car is parked correctly or returned in the good condition. When you seek explanation, they will ghost you but mind it they won’t forget to charge £5 every month from your account, despite you categorically told them to cancel your membership. You pay more to traditional car rental companies but there is a peace of mind. Infact Turo is much better for a long term hire. Thank you.
The community car club is such a brilliant idea, and I’m glad Co Wheels are continuing to pioneer in this market. They seemed to have refined the methodology and ability to provide access for consumers to use their cars. I’d like to see a little more FAQs in the app for support, regarding what to expect as a first time customer but YouTube and their website provided most of those answers.
Getting stucked on iPhone 15 pro max , I need to uninstall and install each and every time . Did now 17 times no use .
I’ve been using the club/app for about a month now and it’s excellent. The only thing that stops me from giving it five stars is because I’d also like it to give me a final breakdown of costs (rental and fuel) once the booking and recharge is complete. But otherwise I’m very happy.
Works as needed
Efficient at taking money every month. But terrible service otherwise and customer service team willing to lie repeatedly to cover up for errors. Better to choose a different company.
It is slow to respond when trying to update the booking in mid-booking like for example when trying to extend the time, the pop-up dialogue took a while to disappear after pressing the required button or failed to register the time chosen at all. The location of the car on the app always does not correspond to the actual location, like every single time. Had to phone the support to locate the car. Made worse after co-wheel opted to use zone parkings instead of dedicated parking bay (although that might more have to do with the local council instead) though the main point is still valid - inaccurate positioning. Cannot update the booking using two different phone at any on time (both logged in with the same account)
Easy , inexpensive, a life saver , planet friendly, co-operative- great help at the end of the phone or online if needed .
I use an iPhone 14 Pro with iOS17.0.2 and it has never worked…
