Cobu - Power Genuine Community

This app would be helpful if you could consistently log into it. I have been trying to log in for over a month and after resetting my password numerous times it’s still not working. I have had an account for at least 3 years.

With a new update, the app will literally ask you every time you open to opt into SMS messages. There's no way to permanently opt out of either that or emails

There’s a lot of functionality but it’s not thought out and it doesn’t work well. Absolutely full of bugs, but you can work around most of them.

messages come with delays. when they come -they are hard to read due to font size. make it configurable. until then i do not have any reason to rank higher.

Cobu has admins that have the ability to censor any post they feel does not meet their “code of conduct”. For example, residents in my apartment building have voiced safety concerns and discuss the safety issue. No conflicts or heated discussions arise from these posts, just talks about building safety. Cobu deletes these posts in the name of their “code of conduct”. If I were a property manager, I would not use this app for my buildings or residents.

Unable to log in after multiple reset attempts, and received no response after filling in the customer support form.

Do you have any QA?

This App is a connection to the other people in our apartment building we get to share information and get to know each other in short snippets. Happy to have this little place to be able to check in with other residents.
