Sorry, this app makes no sense and it’s mainly about money..
My experience has been awful. If I do connect with someone their account is reported for violating community guidelines. I did not have a good experience at all. This happened to me several times. I went days with no matches and if I did match with them they just weren’t what I was interested in.
Downloaded the app, it was so buggy I couldn’t even complete my profile without the app crashing. Tried to leave in app feedback while deleting my account and it wouldn’t even let me do that 😐
Ok so first thing is that as soon as my premium ended I started getting likes again which I couldn’t see. Previously you could’ve seen one of your likes without the premium. They updated that and took it away meaning you have to pay to see who’s liked you. Next, the daily batches showed unlimited amount of profiles but only a few would match your preferences. And after a week into my premium, I stopped getting daily batches, and as well as no more likes. Now that my premium has expired I’m getting both likes (8 likes in just 3 days) and more than 20 profiles on the daily batch a day. Seriously not happy with CMB compared to all other dating apps!
It showed me i had likes but i needed ro subscribe to see them and as soon as i subscribe my likes disappeared and it said “ youre all caught up”
Paid for a subscription and all matches are either reported for going against community standards or the ones I actually do get to talk to end up being scammers of one sort or another.most recent one just asked me about crypto investments. Do not bother with this app!
No offense that the app works to a certain degree, weird that it shows the profile Except knowing their name
Before: lot of matches. After: none, after you paid. Not renewing.
Few matches. Few your type. Mostly ghosting or underwhelming conversations.
CMB has declined sharply. Earlier this year, the y announced there would be great improvements users would be sure to love. The most significant change was they now blur every like one receives and make it inaccessible unless one pays a ridiculous amount per month. Worse, I’ve now been spammed twice in the past two days, first via an email from CMB prompting me to check out a brand new like, which did not exist when I checked tue site within two hours of receiving the email. Today, I was pinged with a notification on my phone to check a brand new like. Curious if the same thing would happen, I checked immediately and there was again nothing new. So, CMB is a great dating app if you want: 1) lots of phony matches which end up being removed for trying to scam people 2) a site that plays keep-a-way with all likes you receive unless you pay them an absurd amount per month 3) a site that repeatedly manipulates and misleads you into visiting the app by sending you prompts, lying to you about likes which you supposedly just received - but which don’t exist
