What’s the point of having the app when the app doesn’t work. I’m abroad and would like to access my home channels or even my recordings? What’s the point if I can’t use it anywhere?

Never works

I want to stream the audio through Airplay but it is not working correctly, most of the time the audio stays on my iPad (instead of Airplay assignment). By comparison, the YouTube App streams through Airplay every time I ask for !

I have the EPICO box but because it doesn’t have the ability for wired connection, anytime I lose wifi signal my TV service stops. I started using this mobile app, but discovered you don’t allow screen mirroring or Picture in Picture capabilities in the app. So I can only watch from my mobile device. This doesn’t make sense given you have an Apple TV app (with lower quality/performance). Please allow screen mirroring and pop-out windows in your app.

MY FAMILY WENT FROM BELL (which was amazing) TO COGECO (which is god awful) and this app is so bad. You cant even watch anything on any channels. Its slow, its lags, its crappy. DO NOT SWITCH. Im a 17 year old and usually dont care about anything to post a review but this app pisses me off and sucks.

Clunky, freezes, not responsive Horrible across all mobile devices

L’application ne fonctionne simplement pas. Ça charge à l’infini et impossible de regarder les chaines. De plus, Noovo et RDS ne fonctionne tout simplement pas.

Will never load any live programming. Is not able to cast to a TV. Absolutely horrible.

open the app and select a channel and watch it circle the drain forever. i used to be able to log out and log back in and it would work.. not anymore bunch of things i want to watch i can’t outside my home network which is detrimental to why i chose epico. the app is absolutely no good. been a subscriber for 25 yrs and so disappointed in their efforts to go streaming

App doesn’t work well, very slow and difficult to connect. Frustrating that channels don’t work at home. I switched from Fibe and regret it. The app is years behind Bell. I don’t recommend.
