Apollo facilities technician

The company I work for switched to coins back in about 2017 possibly earlier & it is a wonderful technician tool. The Apollo Company dispatcher’s are very proficient in utilizing the many features that help streamline the call process. I particularly like the history feature because having background is important for both customers and technicians.

App is garbage. Locked me out after password change. People can not figure out how to reset. No link to forget password. Would not recommend.
