Introduction and notice about the subscription function in Clash of Kings (CoK):
1. Name of the service: Subscription
2. After you subscribe, this service will automatically renew your subscription. If you choose to enable this service, we treat it as you permit Clash of Kings to receive the fee due in advance from your iTunes account (referred to as Account below) before the current subscription is about to end. The pre-conditions for this service to be effective are that the iTunes account which subscribed to the privilege service is also linked to the Game Center ID bound to the above game account. To ensure the recurring subscription fee can be deducted accordingly. If the renewal fails because there are not enough funds available in the above account, you are responsible for any and all issues which can arise from your failure to comply with the conditions of the subscription you chose to digitally contract service for.
3. Within 24 hours before the current subscription ends, the game account which purchased the service of automatic renewal will retrieve the fee for subscription from the corresponding iTunes account.
4. If you want to cancel the subscription, please tap the Setting of your iPhone-->iTunes Store and App Store-->Tap on "Apple ID"-->"Check Apple ID"-->"Account setting" page-->tap on "Subscription" and choose XX to cancel the subscription.
5. If you don’t cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the current subscription ends, the subscription will renew automatically.
6. The time of deducting your balance might be different from the time when the renewal takes effect. This happens because subscriptions are renewed in advance of the date due. If you encounter this situation, please wait patiently.

I’m a returning player from 2 years ago and I ook at my friends and nobody is online. I think the game died but still a very good game

Très déçu du service client

Mon ami a perdu son compte, il l’avait pourtant lié à son compte Facebook, mais ne l’a jamais récupéré. Nous avons contacté à plusieurs reprises le service clientèle tous les deux, nous avons eu exactement les mêmes réponses à la virgule prêt, à croire que les problèmes ne sont pas vraiment bien résolu, malgré cela, on lui a dit de attendre, que le service clientèle allait régler le problème. Après un demi mois d’attente il n’a toujours pas récupéré le compte et je pense ne le récupérera jamais.

Je joue depuis le début du jeux et je ne m’ennuie pas mais pour avancer tu es obliger de mettre de l’argent sinon tu n’avance pas ce qui es ultra chiant

Bonjour, j'ai mis une étoile, pas moyen de mettre moins. 3 années que je joue sur ce jeux, certes il y avait à chaque mise quelques problèmes mais depuis cette maj du 2/11/18, je viens de tout perdre. sympa, or, troupes, amis ! Service après-vente c'est la faute à l'iOS, bizarre il faudrait un IOS 12 maintenant? Mais est compatible IOS 8 et supérieur, tiens ? Et pour Apple, contactez le créateur du jeu, bref débrouille toi, la tune que tu versées tu l'oublies et achète un nouveau produit Apple genre tablette, GSM pour continuer à jour.

Na 3 jaar spelen alles verliezen door een merge samensmelting van 2 koninkrijken 1292 en 1294 geen toegan meer hebben van je items maar wel van het spel hierdoor waarschijnlijk alles verloren door het niet meer kunnen plaatsen van een shield van de ontwikkelaar erg jammer dat hij niet op zijn mails reageert.

Bon jeu , juste que le jeu est très long pour arrivé à avoir un gros château et comme il y en as qui craque la CB impossible de faire sont jeu , et de plus il y a des joueurs qui paye et qui triche, les développeur préfère fermer les yeux sur se qui se passe , et aussi beaucoup de beug du jeu et personne a l écoute plus de 3 mois pour avoir une réponses pour dire qu il peuvent rien y faire sauf prendre votre argent bien sûr ! Et quand un royaume est en paix ils le fusionne avec un autre pour le mettre en guerre , dommage qu il y ai temps de choses comme ça car c est un beau jeu à la base
