This app is well-made so far and has so much potential. Very easy to navigate, customizable, and nicely designed (but not overly stylized). As a fairly new app, there is so much potential— adding other ways to view trends maybe? - Options to view by week or weeks or a couple months at a time, rather than just by the calendar month? - Maybe somehow connecting the Life Balance Wheel with the factors on the daily checkins? But overall really enjoying this app.

Literally the only thing keeping me from giving this app 5 stars is the fact that there’s a character limit on check-ins. I feel that if they allowed you to check in but still journal, that would be an improvement. I have anxiety and mild BPD, so as an over thinker, I prefer to do an entire brain dump in my journal. So with a character limit, I don’t think I can best do that in this app.

Very good program

I love using this app. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it says check in regularly for at least a month to get tips on your Wellbeing. I have been checking in for almost two months with no tips or hints. It’s fine if this feature was removed or if it worked, just a bit frustrating. Other than that I like the aesthetic and pleasing UI, plus the option to add your own personal triggers and journal entries
