The app keeps freezing before it even starts, and I can’t find my gallery. I really love this app, but the new update isn’t working. I don’t want to lose all my art, please help me.

Outstanding customer service
The assistance from AJ of customer service was outstanding, the guidance provided resulted in a fantastic coloring book! I am so pleased with the results Penny H
Crashes and not usable
App will not run, has been updated and still won’t work which is preventing me from getting at my images so I can at least use with an app that actually works. Don’t bother wasting your time with this app. They claim the issue was fixed but it hasn’t been.
No Details on What Subscriptions include
I tried looking everywhere for what the subscriptions will include. There are 4 options, I think. 6.99, 12.99, 39.99, 99.99 . But I’m not really sure what they get you and I can’t get any info on the web. It’s very frustrating… and there seems to be a limit to how many photos you can add - not sure if this is monthly or daily- so that’s very annoying since it’s not clear when you sign up. It’s all very confusing. I’ll see if there are better options out there.

The app concept is great but as soon as I open the app it crashes and boots me out to my home screen again. Is there anyway to fix this problem? Other than that it’s a great app! 🙂
