Hi there,
Have really liked using this app but the 3.1.8 version is not displaying any accounts. There is just a blank home page with only my name. It was been like this for a while - I have tried to call but no response. Please let me know if it is possible to fix this.
Unreliable!
When it works, it’s fine. But now the iPad version doesn’t recognise the password , even though it’s setup for finger print . When selecting forgotten password, I’m not getting the email.
Also the keyboard to try and reenter password doesn’t come up,
The iPhone is the same except I can get the keyboard up , but still fails to send email. Never had these issues when it was under BMO!
So slooooow….
Takes about 30-60 seconds for account info to appear after login. Back end must be steam powered.
Shockingly bad
Absolutely appalling. I have a lot of money invested with these people. Yet I can’t log in to manage. The app sends a code as part of log in. As soon as I enter it, it immediately resends the code. An endless cycle. Did anyone bother to test this??? Makes me wonder how safe my money is. I’m going to be moving to Fidelity next week. Their site is great and their fees are less.
Not much to see here
Just gives you account balance. No list of transactions. No detailed performance graph of each investment. Not much else to see here apart from the current balance.

This app does not work
This app simply does not work. The web site is better and you can see your investment. Do not install this app it is a waste of time.
Appalling support
The app is constantly down. After spending hours reaching them via phone and messaging they promise a response but always fail to do so. Don’t use app as its similar to website and their website is slightly more reliable. Don’t waste you time trying to contact them as it’s pointless.
They should have stuck with a call centre but now they have no one answering phones and a useless app! - progress?

But so is telephone support so there’s clearly underlying corporate contempt for its customers.
Annoyed
Since the update it no longer shows account values. Just overall total which is completely useless. You have ruined a good app. May as well delete it now as it is a waste of time.
