コラム法の説明が分かりやすく、振り返りが容易に出来き、シンプルにまとめられて良い。 ただ、1日に１つの出来事しか記録出来ない為、複数の出来事の振り返りをする事が困難な点があり、星4つです。

ありがたい！
アプリで手軽に記録できるのは紙ベースよりも続けやすそうで嬉しいです。個人的には、適用的思考を記載する材料として、自動思考にいたった根拠と反証を項目として設定してもらえると、より書きやすいかなーっと思いました。
使いやすくとても良いけれど 一日一つの出来事についてしか聞けないのが難点
1日の中で起きた、 複数の出来事を書きたい時には少し不便。 時系列で後で振り返ったり、 出来事があるたびに書きたいので、 一つの出来事しか書けないのが少し不便。 ただ基本的にはとても良く出来ていて使いやすいです。(説明もわかりやすく、自分の書き方で使えるので汎用性が高いなと感じました)
使いやすいが、1日1つしか書けないのが残念
シンプルかつわかりやすいUIで、文章の編集もしやすいところがよかったです。 有料オプションでもいいので、1日に複数回記録出来るように改善して頂ければこれ以上望むことはないくらいです。
