They have basically taken an excellent app and made it completely useless time to look for alternatives, better for Amazon but not the user.
Terrible experience , abandoned by Amazon
After the major update, i cant buy comics any more, the UX is atrocious and the developer, Amazon, is ignoring its users.
Plz revert the new update it’s terrible

The app wouldn’t even open now. What am I gonna do with all my purchases?
New interface/ update is awful to navigate/ sort/ do anything
Just the worst. It’s barely usable to find books I already own - comixology as it was is gone, the name is just a facade for the Amazon Kindle method of sorting books which does not transfer to comics. Zero credit to artist/ colourist/ letterer, credit and search only by author is terrible. Go back to the old interface.
Totally pointless
This app is completely & utterly pointless, you can’t buy any comic through the app itself. In order to get a comic you have to log onto the ComiXology website & purchase it through there. Then what on earth is the use of the app? If I have to go onto the site to buy it, I can just read it there too. The only possible use to the app would be to buy comics & then read them at a later point through the app, but the app is next to useless for me.
No in-app purchases??
Honestly, it’s such a pain to actually buy your comics for this I have to give only 1 star. Especially considering that they used to have this feature but removed it! You have to go to their website to buy comics, and there isn’t even a direct link to what you want to buy from the app.
A great app, but...
I love Comixology. I have never read as much as I have since getting this app. The Guided View is genius! However, there is one feature that is infuriating. Why, when I pinch out in Guided View with 'Rotate Automatically' enabled, does the app automatically rotate the image to portrait orientation? Even if the current panel is landscape. Please fix this. Also, (significantly larger, but obvious, ask) can you please make books directly purchasable from the app? Cheers!
So useless don’t waste your time
So bad have to pay and laggy and it also made me pay a lot of money it logs me out a lot and I have to pay all over again 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻USELESS!!!
