Had multiple times where it signs me out of my account and it won’t let me sign back in. A box pops up saying my password has been incorrect too many times and i have to wait 30 minutes to try again. I’ll try to reset my password and the email will never be sent to me. So I’m stuck signed out of the app and there’s no was to contact anyone for support
Updated my payment information and have been spammed with the same confirmation email telling me my payment info was updated over 300 times in 2 hours and I can’t get it to stop.
As a college athlete, I turned to the COMPASS NIL app with hopes of fair support and representation. Unfortunately, my experience raises serious ethical concerns. The user interface, while a secondary issue, is frustratingly cumbersome. But more critically, the compensation is alarmingly below ethical standards. Receiving only $600 in a market where $2,000 is the norm not only feels unfair but also exploitative. This significant underpayment questions the app’s commitment to genuinely supporting athletes. Ethical practice in athlete representation demands transparency and fair compensation, both of which are severely lacking here. For COMPASS NIL to gain trust and credibility within the athlete community, a major overhaul in its approach to athlete compensation and transparent communication is essential.
