Latest update fixed all issues

Latest update has now fixed the issues I had reported previously (see below). The app is now useful and working as it should. Thanks. Issues fixed: - Clicking on “check price details” does nothing. - app won’t let you load up details of a distant charge point. You keep being harassed by the “Recommended Nearby” pop up. It makes the map completely useless since you cannot look up charge points that are not near you.

Check price details not working

Clicking on “check price details” does nothing on the latest version, iOS 17.4.1, iPhone SE 2020. Please fix. EDIT April18th 2024: still not fixed. Randomly tried chargers throughout England (e.g. Plymouth, Harrogate, London) on the map. Clicking on “Check price details” does nothing.

Have absolutely no problem with this service

I do agree with others that the bays are not all well marked or segregated. However, i think, in my case, this is down to the local council. I contacted them more than a year ago to complain and they have still done nothing.

Simple and easy

I love these chargers. Always somewhere convenient and can plug in and go do something fun. Rather than wait around in a motorway service car park. I love the ones by the beach.

App freezes

Just won’t get past the start up screen

Would give 0 stars if pissible

I tried to use the charger using Zapmap but the plug barrier didn’t open. So, downloaded the app. It didn’t recognise the barcode and when entered the location number and pressed continue it reloaded the same page again. I tried a few times… …then tried to ring the number in the device. Was in hold for a while and eventually gave up and continued driving. Luckily there are still enough miles in the battery…

Both charger and app are temperamental

I use a home charger supplied by ConnectedKerb, and it frequently drops offline requiring me to re-set the charger. Also, the app seems to work sporadically - sometimes I find in the morning the car simply hasn’t charged for some reason, and other times the app thinks I’m in a charging session when I’m not. Also, the helpline provided is for public chargers only, so they’re unable to help with any issues I experience, requiring me to email their customer support and hence get slower responses to issues. Unfortunately for me I’m locked in using their service and app.

Used to be a good app

Current version is mediocre. Logs off randomly and need to authorize via email every time which is super annoying. Older versions were fine. Why break something that worked…

Terrible

Never known a company that can’t create an app that can’t keep you signed in. The BASICS!!!!

Change back to the old app!

Please change back to the old app! The new one is terrible. And it keeps logging me out all the time!

Name
