AC units randomly offline/online
I have 5 AC units linked to the app. Everything was working decently until all the 5 units started to show up as offline/online (back and forth) randomly. Tried unplugging/plugging back the units, unpairing/pairing on the app, even rebooted the router several times (configured to operate at 2.4 GHz). Nothing has solved this issue which has been around for at least around 2 months. This is rendering the entire app and the units’ wifi capability completely useless.

Despite the app having some flaws, the app team immediately gave me an answer in order to solve my problem, giving the app 5 stars
