I am unable to perform a firmware update on the bridge. It shows an update is available and I start it however it fails to make any progress and go past 0%. I have tried many times and given it much time. I have rebooted the device and still not working. Currently running 0.7.4. It shows version A1.0.9_B0.2.0 is available.

I installed the connecter with the hub and within three minutes. I had my blinds working. Love it!

Can you please fix the software or make version 2.8.4 available again. We have updated the software to 2.8.5 on the iPhone to the latest version. Since then I have lost all my blinds and my bridge from the app. We have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but we are unable to add the bridge to the app. it never works. I see the bridge light turns blue so it means it connnected to wifi, but the app says Try again or error and it doesn’t add it to the app. A friend of mine had the old version of the App 2.8.4 and he managed to add the bridge to his app. He deleted the bridge and tried again and it worked again. So basically the new version has a BUG!!!! Please fix it as we cannot use the bridge . The bridge model is DD7002B The firmware version of the bridge is A0.8.4.0_B0.1.4

I have this app since 2 years about. I also have the DD7002B to connect all my blinds. This unit is always offline somehow and refused to connect with the app. It takes sometimes 12 to 16 try’s in order to connect and every day a new update arrives and again the red blinking light. The units sits beside my router and still doesn’t work. I’d like a solution to this. I have 9 blinds connected to it and I’d like to add but what’s the point.

Thank you for a great app. Real saver. However I would love to have one additional feature if possible. At this moment we get 3 options - open, close and stop. On my blinds I have a favorite position programmed which is activated by pressing and holding a stop button which is not possible through the app. Would it be possible to add such a feature?

Controls five new motorized Inspired roller shades. They can be individually controlled or grouped. Timers can be set to raise or lower. Just very functional.

It’s complete junk…when following directions to wifi pair a device I am stuck in an endless doom loop. I pair the hub, no problem. I then try to bridge/connect to a device, but the app forces connection to the hub via WiFi. I thought the entire reason I just paired the hub to my network was so I could communicate to it via my WiFi. But regardless we press on. Now the hub cannot connect to the app via WiFi unless in pairing mode. When the hun is put in pairing mode you can’t connect a device. And back to the beginning you go. I also tried radio, since the blind remote isn’t WiFi. Nope…didn’t work. Just got an unable to connect screen. Yes, I set my Eero WiFi to 2.4 only mode, that is troubleshooting step 1. This is just dumb…an engineer with decent IT savvy should be able to do this.

the app force closes whenever i try to set a timer on a scene. Using iOS 17.

This app works great, does its basic functions of controlling the shades and has the ability to create schedules and scenes. It pairs really well with both Alexa and Siri. We are very happy with it.

Regardless you are at home or remotely you can’t trust this app at all. Garbage
