Why bother having an app that you can’t do anything with and which doesn’t refresh properly. App is a waste of time. Stick to the desktop.

Great Marketing Program

Constant Contact is a great marketing tool. Easy to use and lots of added features at a low cost

Glitches!

There are glitches that need to be worked out. Tried to send a draft email to schedule it. Your system asked for the physical address because of the SPAM ACT. I entered it in and it said it saved. Went to schedule it, and it wanted it filled out again. I used to love that I could schedule or blast out emails that are drafts when I am out and about and not logged into my constant contact web browser. Right now this app is useless to me. I hope Constant Contact spends more time better developing this tool!

Praying that you guys are hustling to get out a completely rebuilt app. Mobile first!

An absolutely terrible app

Given the price I pay every month, I expect to be at least able to make minor edits to the copy I create through the website. Time and again, this app proves itself completely useless. Shame on you, Constant Contact. It's 2019! And to add insult to injury, I note there is no way to reach you by email. Even posting this is difficult ad every name I have tried is taken. Ridiculous! After years of subscribing, I am going to look for a better provider.

Wish I could compose eblast in app

Pretty limited functionality in app, desktop better but impractical for business owners on the go

Really need to be able to edit draft campaigns from smart phone.

I can't even sign in to the app

How frustrating...the keyboard this app uses to sign in does not allow me to use a specific, special character.... the shift key would be necessary on the same screen and it is NOT! A work around ...when I hold the key down to display both character options, the one I need is upside down... Not a good start to my paid membership with Constant Contact! <sigh>

Glitchy

Your online system is very very glitchy. I spend so much time trying things over and over again. Options should work on the first try. The scrolling is uncontrollable when placing “dividers”. The “text” option in Edit for an image freezes the final product with a blurred finish. This happens ALL the time. So annoying. An email usually takes me 1 hour to complete. With the irritating glitches of your program my emails are easily 2 hours. You really should observe the creation process of an email to see for yourselves.
