Developers have had multiple rollouts of this junk and STILL make it next to impossible to pay a CC bill. You have to go from “manage credit card” to “credit card management”, or vice versa?, ignoring “make a payment” along the way, to just make a payment. It is 2 clicks on any normal CC app.

It has made the process of banking with consumers simple .

The app have a friendly and easy UI allowing for smooth transition between views. So far my User Experience has been good without any issues or concerns.

Love the app

I could not tell that autopay was set up on my loan! So I set up a recurring payment on my own — and the monthly payment was made twice in one day!! There was no way to cancel it on the app!!! When I did a chat with support, Makeala was not very responsive, but did reverse the payment after I asked her to!!!! But the final kicker is the reversal will take a week!!!!! And the money won’t go back to my bank account, but to my CCU savings account !!!!!! This is a pitiful process!!!!!!! The app itself is ok. Not very good like GM Financial’s app, but ok.

It works like it should. Items are easy to find and like that it keeps track of the rewards!

Too many steps to pay just a bill? Also always have to keep retype email address.

Allows me to do everything I need and want to without having to call or set foot in the building!
