Love the app except the newest update. Please move that chat function. It is smack dab in the way of all the basic functions. Please put it down lower on the screen.

Last Update Is Terrible

The last update slowed the response time of this App significantly. Now when the app is launched you have to wait for an advertisement to load. Then you have to click off the ad and wait again for the app to respond. Super annoying! It’s bad enough that I’m contemplating switching financial services to another company.

New(er) Update is a step back

Not sure what’s happened with this latest update, but the app is dreadfully slow upon opening and navigating around. And there have also been multiple issues depositing checks. I’ve never had this many issues with this app. Please fix! I sometimes have to wait a full minute for things to work upon opening. Phone is updated, app is updated. Issues are consistent regardless of software and phone status.

Great app — update suggestion

Great app, overall. Easy to use and nice interface. Not sure if it’s possible but it would be great if you could allow users to edit the “memo” within the transfer area of the app. I made a mistake recently and wanted to fix it and could not. Maybe it’s a regulatory issue but I thought I’d check.
