Messes up your accounts
I have Gmail and 2 iCloud accounts connected. Sadly with every sync cycle the my contact card on all connected phones disappeares. Also the enrichment is kind of random. I can not start a run to get a specific enrichment. Also the sync seems to delete the new contacts and inserts it again instead of updating. I guess this also causes the loss of the my contact card.
Synchronisation does not work
A very nice app. Unfortunately the synchronisation between the iPhone app and the web database does not work so that I lost quite a lot of contact information.

Auf dem iPhone nur Englische Sprache…Android gibts ganz viele Sprachen. Ansicht ist nicht gleich…
Not consistent capturing of same cards - no coverage of national characters
If you scan business cards of same company and Address. Names are typed differently (eg capital once and lower case in the other case) also national characters eg Ö are not supported and just typed in wrongly. Very disappointed about the answer of the support team (“well, it’s just like that”...) I can’t understand if you have people in India typing it’s not possible to do quality control of consistency and enable national characters.
Bug in contact details screen
If you press "Updates Available" the app crashes. Restarting the app and/or also the phone does not help. 😕
Reduce to the max
Ich mag die App (bisher) wirklich. [Okt. 2016] Mittlerweile verfallen sie auch dem Feature-Streich-Wahn. Nützliche gute Funktionen werden einfach gestrichen, weil sie denken, dass das nicht zum Core gehört. Wenn es nur noch um die Core Funktion geht, dann kann man die App löschen. Wird ja alles ins iCloud Adressbuch gesynct! [Feb. 2017] Man kann noch mehr Features löschen! Mittlerweile ergänzt es aus Xing und LinkedIn nur noch, wenn der Kontakt vorhanden ist. Es gab eine Funktion, mit der alle Kontakte aus allen Quellen hinzugefügt wurden. Gelöscht. Eigentlich müsste es genau so laufen. Alle Daten sammeln und verknüpfen und ein benutzerdefiniertes Syncen an iCloud, Exchange oder Google. Damit gibt es einen Grund, die App zu öffnen. Wenn man in der iCloud nur Privates hat, könnte man in der App nachsehen, falls ein beruflicher Kontakt fehlt. Zugute halten muss ich, dass der Support schnell reagiert und das sie letzthin ein Interview mit mir führten.

Social Integration fehlt/geht nicht
Leider finde ich keine Möglichkeit meine Kontakte über Social Media zu integrieren? Ansonsten ok.
