- View Shoot Briefs and submit creative still photography in response
- Submit any other creative stills images you have
- Attach model and/or property releases to applicable images
- Review your previous creative stills submissions, whether submitted using the mobile app, ESP or an approved third party tool
- Start a creative stills RF submission in the app and finish it in ESP
- See status updates on your creative stills submissions

The app can be used by current Getty Images and iStock contributors to submit RF Creative stills photography, but does not yet support editorial, illustration or video content.

Disappointing update

Why has the latest update removed the ability to review stats on downloads and views - it makes the app worse than useless.

Useless since the update (jun2024)

I used to use this app regularly to browse how many views/downloads the images/vids in my portfolio had had. My girlfriend did the same for her portfolio. Recently this functionality has been removed, and the app ‘suggests you refer to the istock website for sales figures’. Cool. So what’s the point of the app now?

The app that time forgot

No added functionality for iPads or for horizontal orientation. Can’t submit, or see, editorial batches, you have to manually select all (up to 100) images in a batch to collectively edit and submit them. The app is agony compared to the website account management, which is a real shame.

Doesn’t work

None of my photos showing on the step to upload from my iphone photo album.

Log in problem

Can’t log in to my account on iPhone anymore, at the moment I can use app only on Mac

Getty’s app for photographers is extremely intuitive, the staff that monitor your photos are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and guide you through regular and polite feedback

Can’t upload photos

My best photos are edited and stored in folders. Can’t access from the app as initial submissions? Why?

App doesn’t work

Can’t login to the app, takes username and password fine and then dumps you back to login screen. Can logon through browser ok. App not fit for purpose.
