It took forever to get this app installed and working. And now every time I open it, it requires me to put in my email and password. On top of that it doesn’t really allow me to do what I want to do which is control the heater function to reduce my power during peak period since I’m on time of use billing with my utility. And for some reason now when I bring it up, it does not display the temperature of the spa, which is very important thing to know since I use my spa for Airbnb guests. Hopefully one of the developers is listening and will make a change. It would be greatly appreciated.

My marquee hot tub is beautiful and works really well. It’s very sad and frankly pathetic that they don’t have a proper app for remote usage. This app is not reliable. I never know if it’s going to work or not super frustrating

Open the app and you’re logged out. Have to log in every other use.

I’ve been waiting years for them to fix this app and they still continue to put out a miserable product that doesn’t work. I logged into the app. It looks different now, but instead of displaying my temperature, it just has dashes. every once in a while, I can get it to work if I play with it what’s the point? It’s faster just to go out and physically make the adjustments at the tub. It’s also less frustrating and doesn’t put me in miserable mood. Look at the reviews they’re all horrible. When are you going to fix your app? Whatever happened to customer service and quality products????

This app has always had issues with the server being down for weeks and the software being problematic. The latest update will not allow you to set the time for a schedule. One of the main functions of having an app vs doing it at the control board.

I have a new spa. I was able to get the module to work for about 4 days, but then it went offline. The home module flashes green saying not connected to internet. Tried everything, including plugging directly into modem and still offline. Has not worked for over a week. Just going to trash it.

I haven’t used the app much, but it emailed me my password. That makes the password absolutely insecure. Sounds like the company is clueless about basic security principles.

It disconnects all the time please make it more stable. Also we need more features for this to be a smart app! I want to be able to actually schedule the times for my spa lights to go on and off. This should already BE a feature. Please make it happen.

For me, all the functions worked fine before this last update but 3.3 seems completely broken in that it’s read only and I cannot update or modify any setting on the spa. The app pretends to save the value but when it reads from the spa again, the values are unchanged. The app is a life saver as it’s the only way I can set the clock properly, but even that function is no longer working. Perhaps we need a firmware update on the controller or the CMS unit?

Now won’t retain login credentials. It’s a pain having to enter them every time.
