Features I paid for are now locked behind a subscription
I’m disappointed to discover that the app I paid for no longer offers the features I paid for, and they’re now locked behind a subscription. I can still see my palettes with more than five colours, but I can’t generate new ones. Worse still, my account status is now “free user”. As a consolation I’ve been given a year’s free subscription. A fair thank you to legacy buyers would’ve been to give us access to the features implemented at the time of purchase or before the switch to the subscription model. I think it’s a repugnant way to treat customers and I can’t recommend this app to any new users. Rather get a colour wheel and develop your sense for colour schemes.
